Ryan Schroepfer

Ryan started out at the co-op as an intern in the summer of 2015, and became full time after college in the summer of 2016. Ryan is a 'Jack of All Trades' around the co-op!  Keeping all of our equipment properly maintained is a large part of his job. Ryan also spends a lot of his time applicating in the spring, early summer and fall months.  When he isn't busy with work, you can find him spending time with his wife and their two young boys. He also enjoys traveling, playing golf, working out and working on his dads' classic cars. If Ryan could travel anywhere in the world, it would be to Banff, Canada.

James Nelson

James started working part time for the co-op in 2015 while he was attending college and started full time after graduating in March of 2017. You can find James running application equipment, spraying in the spring/summer and running the floater in the fall. James also does some crop scouting in the summer, handles the incoming and outgoing of the seed, and helps with maintenance during the winter. He recently obtained his Certified Crop Advisor certification this winter as well. James favorite part of the job is hopping in the sprayer and going back by the field later to see the clean rows with a healthy-looking crop. When James isn't working, he enjoys spending time with his wife and son -- with one more baby on the way! They enjoy watching and playing sports, both James and his wife love to play in softball leagues and tournaments. James also enjoys helping out on his parent's crop farm and with his family's milk hauling business when he has extra time.

If you were stuck on an island and could only have 3 items, what would they be? 1 boat with 2 cans of gas to get back home to Meeker County.
